摘 要:水切割技术化水为刀,通过加压水泵的作用使水从一个极细的喷嘴喷出,形成高速水射流。本论文论述了水切割技术的应用研究及发展,并提出了水力切割除草的新概念,与传统方法比较得出水切割技术除草具有无污染,清洁卫生,粉尘少,刀具无磨损,噪音小等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。为开发水力除草,通过切割实验确定杂草切割阻力及切割因素(植物直径、含水率、电机转速、削切角)对切割阻力的影响。以蒿草、狗尾草和牛筋草为实验对象分别测定其茎杆切割阻力、分析其影响因素。实验结果表明,杂草切割阻力与电机转速对数成反比,与杂草直径平方成正比,与削切角平方成反比;不同杂草含水率对切割阻力影响不同,成一定的函数关系。同种杂草,直径、含水率、削切角和电机转速依次影响切割阻力。为水力除草设备设计提供了一定的理论依据。

Experiment of Weeds Cutting
Abstract: Water cutting technology for water knife, through the pressure of the water pump role from a very fine nozzle jet, form the water jet. Reviewed the application of the water cutting technology research and development; And put forward the hydraulic cutting weeding new concept, and traditional method is concluded water cutting technology weeding non-pollution clean sanitation, little dust, cutting tools, low noise, no wear etc, and has a broad prospect of application. To the development of the water jet, a cutting test was conducted to determine the force and the influence such as the diameter, the moisture content, the rate of motor and the angle of the cutting which affected the force. The objects of the test are Humilis, Setaria and Goosegrass. The result suggests that the force was inversely proportional to the index of the rate of the cutting ,was proportional to the square of the diameter and the square of the angle of cutting. Different kinds of weeds have different relationships between the force and the moisture content. The diameter, the moisture content, the angle of the cutting and the rate of cutting affects the force followed by for the same kind of weeds. Those provides the basis of the design for equipments of water jet.
