设计了一种新型的液态金属冷却定向凝固设备，可以实现高温合金的熔炼、高速凝固(HRS)和液态金属冷却(LMC)定向凝固工艺。并对设备的炉体结构、抽拉系统、加热系统，液态金属冷却系统。

ABSTRACT
This paper presents a new type of directionaI solidification equipment，which can implement superalloy smelting．high rate solidification(HRS)and Liquid etaI cooling(LMC) directionaI solidification process．Moreover，the furnace structure。withdrawing systems，mould heating systems，liquid metaI cooling system and baffle of this equipment．
