摘要
本文着重对MQ4035门座起重机的电气控制系统的设计工作进行分析与讨论,通过对MQ4035门座起重机的工作特点及其控制系统的分析对比,设计出了用变频调速控制港口门座起重机变幅机构的方法,其本次设计中的主要工作如下:
(1)通过对MQ4035门座起重机工作特点的分析,介绍了在门座式起重机变幅机构中的电气控制设备,及其所需要的安全保护装置;
(2)对三相异步电动机的启动特性和其调速特性进行分析,并结合设计要求选择出了合适的启动方式及调速方式,同时对变幅机构电机进行选型;
(3)对变频器的工作原理及其工作特性进行说明,并详细介绍了变频器对三相异步电动机的调速原理,同时根据门座起重机变幅机构的工作特型及其电动机的过载能力选择了合适的变频器;
(4)对可编程控制器(PLC)的历史及其发展趋势进行介绍,并介绍了可编程控制器(PLC)的构成及工作原理,通过对当前几种可编程控制器(PLC)的分析与比较,结合本设计要求对可编程控制器进行合适的选型;
