CH3NH3PBBr3单晶的生长和晶体结构研究(论文11000字)
摘要:本文首先对钙钛矿型太阳能电池的发展现状进行了简述。其次,采用溶液法合成了CH3NH3PbBr3多晶粉体,分别以HBr、DMF为溶剂,以多晶粉体为原料,采用溶液法蒸发法生长晶体,获得最大尺寸约8mm的CH3NH3PbBr3单晶,对影响晶体生长的一些工艺参数进行了分析,通过优化生长工艺,获得质量较好的 CH3NH3PbBr3单晶。此外,对单晶粉体的XRD谱图进行分析,根据面间距与晶面指数的关系,对衍射峰进行了指标化。在简单介绍X射线外推法原理基础上,使用该方法计算得到58℃下蒸发获得CH3NH3PbBr3单晶的晶格参数,并分析了单晶粉体的红外光谱。这些工作为生长出较大尺寸、较高质量的CH3NH3PBBr3单晶提供了生长工艺和结构性能参考。

Growth and crystal structure of CH3NH3PBBr3 single crystal
Abstract:In this paper, the development status of perovskite solar cells is briefly described. Secondly, CH3NH3PbBr3 polycrystalline powder was synthesized by the solution method, and CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystal with maximum size of about 8mm were obtained by evaporation method with HBr, DMF as solvent respectively. By optimizing of the crystal process parameters, CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystals with high-quality were obtained. In addition, the XRD spectra of single crystal powder were analyzed, and the diffraction peaks were analyzed according to the relationship between the interplanar distance and indices of crystal face. Finally, the principle of X-ray extrapolation method was briefly introduced and the lattice parameters of CH3NH3PbBr3 single crystal grown at 58℃ evaporation were calculated, and the infrared spectrum was analyzed. This work would provide references for the growth process and structure properties of large sized CH3NH3PBBr3 single crystals with high quality.
