摘 要
在传统固定网络和2G/3G移动网络中,七号数字信令网是整个通信网的神经,支撑整个网络通信服务的稳定运行。伴随LTE技术时代的到来,信令技术和承载模式已被完全IP化,网络拓扑已经发展到完全的互联网网状网络,再加上基于EPC/PCC/IMS的LTE核心网络更加复杂和频繁的通信,这给LTE信令网络带来了巨大的挑战。Diameter在LTE核心网网络架构中被广泛应用于核心网元之间的通信,是LTE网络中应用最广泛的IP信令基础协议。Diameter作为新一代AAA协议体系,主要用于鉴权、授权和计费,其可以通过不同的应用扩展可以适用于多种应用环境。随着中国移动LTE网络中大量网元之间使用Diameter信令互通,路由代理节点DRA成为构建LTE信令网络的关键网元。DRA类似传统2G/3G网络的信令转接点(STP),是LTE信令网中的信令路由中枢,负责LTE网络中Diameter信令的转接和路由。
本文首先介绍了VoLTE网络,包括VoLTE网络架构、EPC与IMS核心网主要网元及其功能。其次,介绍了Diameter技术起源与应用,并对Diameter技术原理进行了阐述,本文在对中国移动和新疆移动LTE及VoLTE网络现状进行分析的基础上,对DRA的整体组网架构、关键技术和容灾方式进行了说明。论文还对新疆移动LDRA的网络规划设计及原则进行了介绍,详细说明了LDRA与VoLTE网络中各个网元接口,以及分析每个接口路由组织及各类场景的应用。最后,将DRA各项关键技术运用到现网建设中,最终建设成为一套完整实用的LDRA网络。

ABSTRACT
In the traditional fixed network and 2G/3G mobile network, the seventh digital signaling network, as the nerve of the whole communication network, supports the stable operation of the whole network communication services. With the arrival of the LTE era, signaling technology and bearer mode has been completely IP, network topology has been developed to the full internet mesh network, coupled with the core network of LTE based on EPC/PCC/IMS to network elements more complex and frequent communication, which brings great challenges to LTE signaling network networking. Diameter is widely used for communication between core network elements in LTE core network architecture, and is the most widely used IP signaling protocol in LTE network. Diameter, as a new generation of AAA protocol system, is mainly used for authentication, authorization and billing, which can be applied to a variety of application environments through different application extensions. As a large number of network elements in China mobile LTE network use Diameter signaling, the Diameter Routing Agent becomes the key network element to construct the LTE signaling network. The signaling transfer point (STP), which is similar to the traditional 2G/3G network, is the signaling route center in LTE signaling network, which is responsible for the switching and routing of Diameter signaling in LTE network.
This paper first introduces VoLTE network, including VoLTE network architecture, EPC and IMS core network elements and their functions. Secondly, introduces the origin and the Diameter technology application, expounds the principle and technology of Diameter, based on China mobile and mobile LTE and network in xinjiang based on the analysis of the status quo, on DRA's whole network architecture and key technology of disaster and way. Paper also move to xinjiang LDRA network planning and design and principle are introduced, LDRA is described in detail and various network elements network interface, and analysis each interface routing groups and the application of all kinds of scenarios. Finally, the key technologies of DRA are applied to the current network construction, and finally, it becomes a complete and practical LDRA network.
