摘 要
电梯监控是智能建筑中楼宇自控管理系统的组成部分,因此电梯监控技术的进步也是楼宇自控管理系统水平提高的一项基础工作。电梯监控技术不论从远期目标还是近期目标来说都是要从系统的设计和单体应用水平两个方面来加以考虑。电梯监控系统的目的是用来获取电梯实时的状态信息,进而为完成故障报警、困人救援、日常管理、质量评估、隐患防范等的安全工作提供数据依据,本文主要是进行电梯监控系统现场监控平台设计。
本文以实现电梯监控系统现场监控平台设计发展情况和现状为课题背景,主要完成课题中电梯的现场监控平台设计。为了对于采集到的数据进行实时采集、自动存储、即时显示、即时反馈、自动处理、自动传输。该设计的主要任务是采用LabVIEW进行软件平台的设计。首先,介绍了整个现场监控平台的总体结构设计。其次,介绍了对应每一部分的流程图和程序框图以及它们的功能。另外,为了进一步的验证该设计现场监控平台的可行性,还对电梯模型和手动控制模拟测试软件进行了初步设计实现。通过电梯模拟测试软件和现场监控平台程序的调试,进一步验证了该设计的实用性。
