摘要:电力需求的快速增长对电压/无功的调和掌控提出了更高的标准,第二级电压控制是等级电压控制的重要环节,起着承前启后的用处,本文主要对第二级电压控制的分区算法进行了研究。同时二级电压控制是改良电力系统的电压水平,提高电压安全性,防止出现电压崩溃的较为有效的方式。本文介绍了二级电压控制的基本原理,从主导节点的选择、控制区域的划分、控制策略的应用等几个方面,对二级电压控制的现状和各国近几年的发展进行综述;在进行仿真模拟电网崩溃的同时,对各部分在二级电压控制中的作用进行了观察并且还对今后研究趋势做出了期望与预测。

Simulation of secondary voltage control of regional power grid
Abstract: Voltage and reactive power control requires more advanced techniques along with the fast development of electric power needs.The second stage is an important part gradation voltage control plays a connecting role, this paper focuses on the second level voltage control partition.Secondary voltage control was an effective method to improve voltage stability and avoid voltage collapse. In this paper the basic theory of secondary voltage control was introduced. The research status and recent progress was summarized from three aspects: pilot bus selection, control region division and control strategies. The characteristic of each method was summarized and compared as well as the research trend was forecast. By summarizing large numbers of study experience, it is concluded that the voltage stability of power system can be effectively improved and the reactive power level can be adequate maintained by adopting secondary voltage control.
