代工资源对制造业代工企业升级的影响力实证研究-以苏州为例(硕士)(论文34000字)
摘要
实现代工企业的升级是融入现代经济社会发展趋势的必然选择。现有的研究着重关注企业升级及企业资源的单个方向,对代工资源及代工企业升级的研究略有涉及但缺乏明确性的研究。本文参考已有的研究结果,在分析代工资源概念、特点及利用价值的基础之上,分析与代工企业升级的关系,提出通过分解、聚合、增加和减少等调整方式实现代工资源对企业升级的影响。本文的创新有以下几个方面:
第一,从代工企业升级的角度界定了代工资源的概念并详细分析了其特点和利用价值,为分析代工资源和代工企业升级的关系提供了基础。从内涵看,代工资源是在制造产品过程中,对相关环节产生作用的有形及无形资源,具有多样性、分布广泛和优势明显等特点,在企业升级上也有很好的利用价值,这些是分析其对代工企业升级产生影响的前提。
第二,代工资源对代工企业的升级要产生影响首先具有影响基础;之后在静态条件下,代工资源表现为单一的原始要素、功能特殊、专用型强;而在动态条件下,代工资源形态更全面、功能有所拓展;最后,通过调整的行为可以实现代工资源对企业升级的影响。
第三,通过对苏州代工等类型企业的调研,获得了大量有用数据和资料,在设计评价指标的基础上,运用主成分方法,实证分析各种代工资源对于代工企业升级的影响力,据此揭示代工资源和企业升级之间的内在影响关系机理及其可选择的模式。
本文的研究结论是:代工企业资源和企业升级之间确实存在内在影响因果关系,但影响力大小不一。其中区域环境和企业社会影响的影响力较高,可以看做是企业升级的主要优势资源;企业的市场拓展、降低成本能力是相对劣势资源,需要着重加强和对待;技术资源较小,还没有得到充分利用,要加强自主创新;产业整合资源具有较大的发展空间,要引起重视。

Abstract
Realizing the upgrade of OEM enterprises is an inevitable choice to integrate into the modern economic and social development trend.Existing research focus on the single direction of enterprise upgrading or enterprise resources,the research on OEM resources and the upgrading of OEM enterprises is slightly involved but lack of clear research.Based on the existing research results,this article firstly analyzes the concept,characteristics and utilizationvalue of OEM resource,then analyzes the relationship between it and the upgrade of OEM enterprises,lastly puts forward some adjusted measures like decomposing,aggregating,increasing and decreasing to realize the influence of OEM resources on OEM enterprise.The innovation of this paper has the following aspects:
Firsyly,from the perspective of OEM enterprise upgrade to define the concept of OEM resources and analyse its characteristics and utilization value in detail,it provides the basis for analyzing the relationship between OEM resources and upgrade of OEM enterprises.From the point of view of connotation,OEM resource are the tangible and intangible resources that affect the relevant links in the process of manufacturing products,having the characteristics of diversity,wide distribution and obvious advantages,they also have fine value in enterprise upgrade,the above are the prerequisites to analyze its impact on the upgrading of OEM enterprises.
Secondly,OEM resources influence the OEM interprises upgrades has influedced basic first;then in the static condition,the OEM resources are characterized by a single primitive element, special function and special purpose;But in dynamic conditions,it has more comprehensive and expanded functions;Lastly,the influence of OEM resources on enterprise upgrading can be realized by some adjusted measures.
Thirdly,through the investigation of suzhou OEM and other types of enterprises to get a large amount of first-hand information, based on the design of evaluation index, uses hierarchical principal component analysis to make empirical analysis on the impacts of various OEM’s resources on the industrial upgrading, then reveal the internal mechanism and choice model among OEM’s resources and industrial upgrading.
In this paper, we draw the final conclusion is that influence factors of OEM’s industrial upgrading and upgrading path does exist a inner causation, but the influence level is not the same.Among them, the influence of regional environment and corporate social influence is higher, which can be regarded as the main advantage resource of enterprise upgrade;market enpanding and cost reduction ability are relative inadvantaged resources, needed to focus on strengthening and treatment; technical resources is small and it is underutilized, need to strengthen the independent innovation; industry consolidation has a larger development space, need to pay more attention.
