摘 要
电子支付与网络金融是随着电子商务的发展而产生，如今已成为经济发展的重点，但是在不断发展的过程中免不了各种问题的出现，如安全、信任、法律法规等问题，为了使电子支付与网络金融在未来能够高速发展，所以，对电子支付与网络金融的研究非常必要。
为了了解电子支付与网络金融发展状况的实际情况，本文首先对电子支付与网络金融的基础理论进行研究，然后在定性分析电子支付与网络金融发展的影响因素基础上设计以学生为调查对象的调查问卷，最后根据所得数据和相关资料，定量研究发展中存在的问题、对策和发展趋势。
经过研究调查，本文总结出电子支付与网络金融发展过程中存在五大问题，即信任度不高，技术安全性不够，产品创新性不充分，法律法规不完善和监管难度大，同时也提出了五点相应的建议，可以作为电子支付与网络金融今后发展的参考。

The Investigation and Analysis on E- payment and E-finance Development Condition
Abstract
E-payment and e-finance is produced with the development of electronic commerce. At present, e-payment and e-finance has become the focus of economic development. But in the process of continuous development, e-payment and e-finance inevitably exists many problems, such as security, trust, laws and regulations and so on. In order to accelerate the development of the e-payment and the e-finance in the future, so the research of the e-payment and the e-finance is very necessary.
In order to understand the current situation of e-payment and e-finance development, the article studies the basic theory of the e-payment and the e-finance. Then, the paper designs the questionnaire for students based on the qualitative analysis of the influence factors of e-payment and e-finance development. Finally, according to the data and related information, quantitatively research problems existing in the development, countermeasures and development trend.
This article concludes five problems in the development of the e-payment and the e-finance by studying, five problems are low trust, inadequate technical security, insufficient product innovation, imperfect laws and difficult supervision. At the same time, this article puts forward five suggestions to make the e-payment and the e-finance more smoothly develop in the future, the suggestions can be used as a reference for the e-payment and the e-finance development in the future.
