泰事达品牌经过几年在市场上的推广,已经有一定的知名度,在市场上也有一定的影响力,客户对品牌的认知度提高;但由于国内市场容量有限,增长到一定幅度后有所减缓,我们给经销商的优惠比较多,经销商有动力主推我公司品牌经过多年的质量改善,目前产品质量处于高水平,可靠性已经提升。
本文从我公司的实际情况出发,首先通过对生产质量管理现状的剖析,发现其生产过程中存在的质量问题,然后分析产生这些问题的原因,并运用全面质量管理等先进的质量管理模式,研究解决现有问题的对策和方法,力求以系统的方式全面提升我公司的质量管理水平和产品质量,降低质量损失成本,增强顾客满意度,提高市场份额,以更强的实力参与激烈的市场竞争。

Extensive, deep, lasting and effective strengthening of quality management is an effective way and means for enterprises to improve quality competitiveness, improve market share, create high efficiency and achieve sustainable development and expansion.
