摘要
当今时代，90后是企业的主体。注重90后的身心健康发展，团队意识的培养，特别是团队智商的提高就显得尤为重要。团队智商是一个组织的关键节点，它在其中的作用非常重要，研究好，利用好团队智商，并学会制定相应的措施来提高团队智商。本文首先分析了A公司的团队智商管理现状，并通过问卷调查的方式明确影响团队智商的因素以及对团队绩效的影响，最后以销售部门为例提出改进措施和建议。

Research on the New Generation employee's team Intelligence and its influence on team performance
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, post-90s is the main body of enterprises. It is very important to pay attention to the development of physical and mental health of post-90s, the cultivation of team consciousness, especially the improvement of team intelligence. Team IQ is a key node of an organization, and it plays an important role in it. Study it well, make good use of team IQ, and learn how to develop appropriate measures to improve team IQ. This paper first analyzes the current situation of team IQ management in Company A, and makes clear the factors that affect team IQ and the effect on team performance through questionnaire survey. Finally, taking the sales department as an example, the paper puts forward some improvement measures and suggestions.
