维持性腹膜透析患者延续性护理需求及影响因素的调查研究(论文5400字)
【摘要】 目的 探讨维持性腹膜透析患者对延续性护理需求状况及影响因素，为制订延续性护理措施提供有效的科学依据。方法 采用自行设计并经过信效度检验的“维持性腹膜透析患者延续性护理需求调查问卷”对190例进行规律腹膜透析的患者进行调查。结果  190例患者均对延续性护理内容表达出高程度需求，所有内容得分均分4.0分以上，最为迫切需要的护理内容为：并发症的预防及处理（4.57±11.67）分、家庭支持（4.56±13.92 ）分、合并其它疾病知识的指导（4.54±9.93）分。延续性护理实施方式得分排名前三位依次是：电话短信随访（4.53±13.19）分、互联网平台（4.41±13.25）分、门诊随访（4.32±13.47）分。透析时间、民族是影响延续护理需求的因素。结论 维持性腹膜透析患者对延续性护理需求高，护理内容表现形式为多样化、多层次，实施方式也与众不同，护理人员应根据患者的不同需求给予个性化、形式丰富的延续性护理，从而提高维持性腹膜透析患者的生活质量。

Research on the Continuous Nursing Needs and Influencing Factors of Patients with Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of continuity care in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis,and to provide an effective scientific basis for developing continuous nursing measures.Methods a total of 190 consecutive patients undergoing regular peritoneal dialysis were investigated by self-designed questionnaire and reliability and validity test.Results 190
Patients of continuing nursing care content expressed high levels of demand,all scores were 4 poitonts or more ,the most urgent need for nursing content:prevention and treatment of complications(4.57±11.67)score and family support (4.56±3.92)score,with other disease knowledge guidance(4.54±9.93)score.The top three rangking points of continuity nursing implemengation were telephone message follow up (4.53±13.19)score,Internet platform(4.41±13.25)score and out patient follow-up(4.32±13.47)score.Dialysis time and nationality are the factors that affect the needs of continuous nursing.Conclusion peritoneal dialysis patients continuing nursing care needs high nursing content form diversified,multi-level,the implementation is out of the ordinary,nursing staff should be individualized according to the different needs of patients ,enrich the forms of continuity of care ,so as to improve peritoneal dialysis patients quality of life.
