Abstract
Mind map is an effective graphical tool of divergent thinking and a specific method of radioactive thinking. It was kicked out in 1960s and are now widely accepted in twenty-first Century. Its wide application in daily teaching and inspire thinking could enhance thinking skills, and bring us a strong memory and creativity of the organization. At present, middle school students’s English writing are not new, with similar theme, old-fashioned content and stylized language. As a solution, the application of mind map to the composition can stimulate the students' divergent thinking and innovative ideas, help them to clarify ideas, reach the chapter law and finish composition efficiently. Taking English teaching practice in the fourth middle school in Liupanshui city as an example, this thesis conduct the investigation and study method questionnaire method, case analysis method, the analysis method of feedback to analysis the guiding significance and prospects of English Writing Teaching method in Junior middle school according to the present situation of teachers and students English writing ability, the application of mind map in the teaching of writing. Based on the result, we can find out how to stimulate students' interest in learning English and using English effectively, and how to improve the English teaching and learning effect.

摘要
思维导图是一种是表达发散性思维的有效图形思维工具和将放射性思考具体化的方法,于20世纪60年代被踢出并在21世纪被广泛接受,充分应用在日常教学和启发思维中,可提升思考技巧,大幅增强记忆力、组织力与创造力。目前中学生英文写作的通病是没有新意,题材相似,内容老套,语言程式化,为了解决这一问题,将思维导图运用到作文,可以激发中学生的发散思维,提供创新思路,帮助我们理清思路、以达到有章有法、节省时间,高校完成作文的目的。此论文以六盘水市第四中学英语教学实践为例,针对学生和老师英语写作能力现状,将思维导图应用在写作教学中,通过调查研究一般方法—问卷法、案例分析法、结果反馈法分析思维导图在初中英语写作教学中的重要作用和发展前景,以期有效激发学生学习英语的兴趣,应用英语的能力,提升英语教学及学生学习的效果。
