摘要
当前的世界是个紧密相连又高度竞争的世界。汇率作为价格体系的一个重要组成部分，是影响一国和地区对外贸易发展的重要因素之一。长期以来，很多国家都不遗余力的利用本国汇率低估或其他贸易保护手段来追求国际收支的平衡甚至赢余，导致彼此之间为争夺世界市场份额而贸易摩擦不断。人民币汇率问题的研究不仅是国际经济学领域的热点，更是影响我国宏观经济发展的一个关键性的课题，具有重要的理论和现实意义。有鉴于此，本文选择人民币汇率问题，并以华菱湘钢这一钢铁企业为例，作为自己的研究方向。

Abstract
The world is a closely connected and highly competitive world. Exchange rate as an important part of the price system, is one of the important factors of foreign trade development in one country and region. For a long time, many countries have spare no effort to use its undervalued currency or other trade protection means to pursue the balance of international payments surplus, even lead to fight for world market share and the trade friction between each other. The issue of RMB exchange rate research is a hotspot in the field of international economics, not only influence the macro economic development of our country is a key topic, is of important theoretical and realistic significance. For this reason, this article choose the issue of RMB exchange rate, and valin steel the iron and steel enterprises as an example, as a research direction.
