摘 要
公司融资作为跨国公司金融研究领域的一项重要内容，研究的对象是公司如何筹集发展资金，以及筹资的方式、渠道等。融资顺序指的是公司对不同渠道融资来源的选择偏好与选择顺序。融资顺序对公司资本结构有决定性影响，进而对公司市场价值产生影响。本文针对跨国公司融资结构展开的理论研究，并获得了许多研究成果。考察西方国家的公司融资结构，将其同国内企业融资结构进行对比，有助于改善沃尔沃公司融资结构，促进沃尔沃公司融资走向更科学化。

Abstract
As an important part of the financial research field of transnational corporations, corporate financing is concerned with how to raise funds for development and ways and channels to raise funds. The order of financing refers to the selection preference and selection sequence of the company's financing sources in different channels. The order of financing has a decisive influence on the capital structure of the company, and then has an impact on the value of the company's market. In this paper, the theoretical research on the financing structure of MNCs has been studied and many research results have been obtained. Comparing the corporate financing structure of western countries with the financing structure of domestic enterprises, it helps to improve the financing structure of Volvo and promote the more scientific financing of Volvo.
