摘要：近年来，我国中小型企业发展的迅猛，占全国总企业的90%，其创造的总产值和税收在全国总数中占了很大的比重，同时中小企业还为许多人增加了就业的机会。由此可见中小型企业在推动国民经济发展中功不可没。随着市场经济的急速发展，中小型企业面对的社会市场竞争也越来越大，财务风险亦然提高，接踵而来的便是企业的生产经营将会受到影响。中小型企业想在市场竞争中不被淘汰，必须清楚地认知到财务风险的特点，起因，现状及其解决方法。该文从财务风险的特点开始分析，再以江苏富安建设有限公司为例分析其当前所面临的财务风险，风险形成的起因，最后提出相应的防范措施。

In this paper:In recent years, our country small and medium-sized enterprise development rapidly, accounting for 90% of the total enterprises throughout the country,It creates output value and tax revenue accounted for a large proportion in total in the country, small and medium-sized enterprise also to many people at the same time increases the chances of employment.Thus the small and medium-sized enterprise in the development of national economy.With the rapid development of market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with the social market competition is becoming more and more big, the financial risk is also to rise, to is the enterprise production and operation will be affected.Small and medium-sized enterprises want to not be eliminated in the market competition, must clearly recognize the financial risk characteristics, cause, status quo and its solution.In this paper, starting from the characteristics of financial risk analysis, and then according to the construction of jiangsu rich Ann co., LTD as an example to analyze its current facing the financial risk, and the cause of the risk formation, finally put forward the corresponding preventive measures.
