摘  要：企业履行社会责任是和谐社会和企业自身发展的需要;但中国社会对企业履行社会责任的评价标准缺乏、监督力度不到位,使企业社会责任意识淡漠。我国应制定企业社会责任评价标准和认证体系,加强企业履行社会责任的法律规章制度的建设,增强企业社会责任意识,建立履行社会责任长效机制,从而实现社会与企业的共赢[1]。

Lack of Corporate Social Responsibility And Its Reasons

Abstract：Corporate social responsibility is the product of social progress.In the period of social transition,the masses＇ requirement about corporate social responsibility is becoming louder and louder,we should understand the present stage deeply to strengthen corporate social responsibility and cope with the existing problems.The government should develop corporate social responsibility evaluation standard and certification system;they should perfect the corporate social responsibility of le gal regulations system construction;they should strengthen enterprise social responsibility consciousness;and they shouldestablish to fulfill social responsibility mechanism.
