The Study Of Organizational Structure Optimization About Nanjing High-Tech Properties Limited
Absract: In the highly competitive modern society, only by constantly improving organizational structure can company assurances the operating performance and efficiency. This paper is study about application of the organizational optimization theory to the real estate industry. And through combining the specific circumstance of the Nanjing High-Tech Properties Limited Company(HTPC), one aspect is providing specific recommendations of organizational optimization for HTPC, the other aspect is to investigate the basic method of organizational optimization in the real estate.
