女性创业面临的问题及对策分析(15000字)
摘  要：在我国改革开放不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制建立和发展的过程中,中国女性创业迅速崛起,是中国妇女发展成长的突出标志。中国女性创业者队伍发展势头强劲,但在快速发展中也产生或暴露出了一些问题，本文基于我国当前女性创业的研究现状，结合国内外专家和学者对女性创业者特质的研究，分析了女性在创业过程中遇到的问题并提出了解决这些问题的对策，为当前女性创业热潮提供理论依据，从而更好的促进我国女性创业的发展。

Analysis on the Problems Female Entrepreneurship Facing and its Countermeasures
Abstract：Nowadays, the reform and opening up have been deepening, and the socialist market economic system has been establishing and developing. During the process, Female entrepreneurs’ rising up is the outstanding feature of the growth of Female's development. Though women entrepreneurs develop so powerfully, problems are exposed from the rapid progress. Based on our current research status of women entrepreneurs, combining domestic and foreign experts’ and scholars’ studies on the characteristics of female entrepreneurs, this paper analyzes the problems women may experience in entrepreneurship process counter and proposes measures to address these problems. That will provide a theoretical basis for the current upsurge of female entrepreneurship and promote the development of women entrepreneurs in China.
