伴随着知识经济时代的到来,人才竞争日益激烈,由此便加重了企业人力资源管理方面的一系列压力,薪酬问题已成为约束企业发展的桎梏。薪酬结构是公司战略和文化的一个组成部分,薪酬不仅是对员工贡献的承认和回报,它还是一套把公司的战略目标和价值观转化成具体行动方案,以及支持员工实施这些行动的流程。健全的薪酬结构有助于降低企业人员的流失,并吸引高级人才,减少企业的内部矛盾,增强企业凝聚力,提高企业员工的综合素质,从而提高劳动生产率,提升企业的业绩。本文首先分析三立化工厂的基层员工薪酬结构的现状,并将各种薪酬结构与企业业绩的关系进行分析,从而得出各种薪酬结构是否影响企业业绩,如若影响,影响程度如何。通过分析,我们可以得出哪种薪酬结构可以有效影响企业业绩,从而对企业合理安排薪酬结构提供有用借鉴,从这点来说本文的研究具有一定实践意义。

Abstract
With the coming of knowledge economy, talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce, which has become a series of pressure on enterprise human resource management, which has become a part of corporate strategy and culture. It is a process of transforming the company's strategic goals and values into concrete action plan and supporting staff to implement these actions, To improve labor productivity and improve the performance of the three chemical plant, this paper analyzes the relationship between the salary structure and enterprise performance, and then draws the conclusion that the compensation structure can effectively affect the enterprise performance, so that the research of this paper has some practical significance.
