摘要
我国的企业激励机制经历着一个由单纯工资激励机制向综合激励机制演进的过程，这一过程仍在继续。股权激励机制就是目前探讨并在试行的一种制度。但在目前的讨论中，存在着一种不加分析全面肯定的一种倾向。本文分析了股权激励机制在我国的发展现状以及实施中存在的问题，并提出相应的解决思路。

Abstract
Our country's enterprise incentive mechanism has experienced a process from the simple wage incentive mechanism to the comprehensive incentive mechanism, this process is still continuing. Equity incentive mechanism is a kind of system which is currently being explored and tried out. But in the present discussion, there is a tendency to do not analyze comprehensively. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the implementation of the equity incentive mechanism in China, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
