摘  要：俗话说：富不过三代，这似乎是一种经营规律，这是一种悲哀，这是创业者的一种遗憾。中国家族企业逐渐没落的例子屡见不鲜。其根本原因更是多种多样，股权产权问题，人力资源障碍和决策的不科学性等等。因此，本文先从我国家族企业公司治理现状，存在的问题及如何解决这些问题展开深入的探索。企业治理方法是公司治理的灵魂，唯有及时发现治理存在的问题，尽快地找出对策，方能使家族企业与时俱进，并在竞争中发展和壮大，并使家族企业屹立在世界企业之林。

THE PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS OF FAMILY    
Abstract:The saying goes: three generations is out of the rich.    However, It seems to be a business rule, which is a tragedy, it is a pity of the entrepreneur. The gradual decline of Chinese family business are not infrequent. The fundamental reason is diverse, equity rights issues, human resources and decision-making of the unscientific nature of obstacles and so on. Therefore, this paper start with the status quo of family business, existing problems and how to solve these problems in-depth exploration. Enterprise management is the soul of corporate governance, only to discover governance problems, as soon as possible to find countermeasures, can the family business with the times, and develop and grow in the competition, and make family business enterprises in the world stands of the forest.

研究思路与方法
本文首先介绍我国家族企业的现状，然后引出我国家族企业公司存在的问题；最后对怎样预防和处理家族企业存在的不足提出建议。在一定的理论与实际操作上，运用阅读法、文献研究法、对比分析法、资料收集法等研究与总结相关论文。
