中小企业招聘工作的问题及对策(11000字)
摘 要:当今企业竞争的核心已聚集于人才竞争,招聘是人力资源管理的第一步,。但是由于各方面的原因,我国中小企业普遍存在人才招聘困难、人员流动过于频繁、招聘效率不高的现状严重制约了中小企业的进一步发展和壮大。基于此,本文首先对我国部分中小企业员工招聘的情况进行了调查,明晰了我国中小企业员工招聘存在的问题。针对这些问题,文章进行了初步的原因分析。在此基础上,本文提出了几点政策建议。

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Recruitment Problems and Countermeasures
Abstract: The enterprise core competition already gathered for talent competition,recruitment is the first step of human resource management. But for several reasons, the small and medium-sized enterprises widespread recruitment difficulties, personnel flow too frequent, recruitment efficiency high status,seriously restricted the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises and grow . Based on this, the paper some small and medium-sized enterprises of our country at first the employee recruitment is investigated, define the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises employee recruitment problems. To solve these problems, the article provides a preliminary analysis of the causes. On this basis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions.
