摘 要
管理创新,是企业管理发展永恒的话题。自20世纪90年代以来,全球经济一体化、网络化、信息化、市场的日益复杂和变化迅速为特征的新知识经济时代已经来临,只有创新才能适应时代需求,成为经济增长的发动机。管理创新是挖掘企业内部潜力,提高企业劳动效率和经济效益的重要手段,是一个企业生存和发展的生命线。本论文以研究新经济环境下的企业管理创新为目的,介绍了管理创新的概念及其内涵,研究了管理创新的原则、内容、程序,分析了我国企业管理创新发展中存在的问题和差距,并预测新经济环境下企业管理创新的发展趋势,以期为我国企业组织的管理创新提供良好的理论支持。

New economy business organization and management innovation

Abstract
Management innovation is an eternal topic of management development in enterprises. Since 1990s, characterized by the global integration, networking, informatization, increasingly complicated and rapidly changing market, the new knowledge-based economy era has been coming. Only by innovation, the enterprises can adjust to the requirement of this period and become the motivation of economic growth. Management innovation is an important means to tap company potentials, improve labor efficiency and cost-effectiveness of an important means of survival and development of an enterprise's lifeline. Only innovation can forever rely on the vitality and energy companies. In this paper, to study under the new economic environment for the purpose of business management innovation, management innovation, introduced the concept and content, to study the principles of management innovation, content, procedures, analysis of innovation and development of China's enterprise management problems and gaps, and the forecast under the new economic environment of the development of innovative business management trends, with a view to China's enterprise management organizations to provide a good theoretical support.
