摘   要
如果说物流管理的必要条件是运输,那么物流管理的核心就是库存。企业发展中首要考虑的问题就是如何有效降低库存水平,同时提高客户服务水平。
零库存管理是一种合理计划和安排企业库存,促使物料在采购、生产、配送的各个环节中处于不断运动,不停周转的状态的一种新型管理模式。零库存管理有效地解决了企业发展中的问题。本文介绍了零库存的内涵和发展以及我国企业在引入零库存管理时遇到的问题,并重点分析了企业零库存管理的实施条件、实施对策、其对企业发展产生的绩效以及国外零库存发展的成功案例。以期对我国物流业的零库存管理更好更快发展提供理论依据。

Study on the Zero Inventory in Enterprises
Abstract
If we say transportation is a necessary condition for that logistics management, then the core of logistics management is the inventory. Enterprise development in the primary issues to be considered is how to effectively reduce inventory levels, while improving customer service levels. Stock has been the core of the problem in the process of enterprise development
   Inventory management has effectively solved the issue of enterprise development. Zero inventory management is a reasonable inventory plans and arrangements to facilitate the procurement of materials, production and distribution of the various links in a continuous movement, the status of non-stop flow of a new management model. This article will briefly explain the meaning of zero inventory and development of Chinese enterprises in the introduction of zero inventory management problems.Focuses on the implementation of enterprise inventory management conditions, inventory management and inventory management of the implementation of countermeasures to the performance of enterprise development, as well as the development of overseas success stories inventory, as well as gain inspiration.
