摘  要
本次设计以本田CR-V为参考车型。在给定发动机最大转速和最大转矩的条件下,设计出满足最高车速和最大爬坡度要求的变速器。本次设计重点对变速器各挡传动比,齿轮的参数、轴的结构尺寸,轴承型号等进行了选择和设计,并对这些零件进行了反复的校核、验算和修改,对变速器的传动方案和结构形式分别进行比较分析和选型,同时兼顾操纵机构和同步器的结构选型和设计,使所设计的变速器的性能更加优异。本次设计计算公式均采用matlab编程计算,提高了计算的准确度和效率,并通过ansys对两轴和齿轮的结构强度进行有限元分析,进一步验算计算结果,改进零件结构,保证零件的可靠性达到要求,设计出符合性能要求的两轴式五挡变速器。

Abstract
This design is based on Honda CR-V. Under the condition of the maximum engine speed and the maximum torque, the transmission is designed to meet the maximum speed and maximum climbing requirements. This design focuses on theselection of transmission gear ratio, the gear parameters, the size of the shaft structure, bearing models were selected and designed, and these parts were repeatedly checked and modified.The transmission scheme and structure of the transmission are compared and analyzed separately, taking the structure selection and design of the operating mechanism and the synchronization into account ,so that the performance of the designed transmission is more excellent.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the calculation,the design calculation formulasare wrote on matlab programming.ThenANSYSis used to analyze the two shafts and gears structural strength by the finite element, the purpose of which is to verify the calculation resultsfurther,then improve the structure of parts to ensure that the reliability of parts meet the requirements.So that the two-axis five-speed transmission which meets the performance requirements is finally designed.
