摘 要
随着城市交通拥堵问题与城市化发展矛盾愈加突出,随着城市经济水平的提高,快节奏的城市化发展势在必行,停车难的问题在逐步的发展中已经成为一种静态交通现象。根据国家发改委统计数据显示,2015年中国一线城市停车位缺口率大约50%,二线城市城市停车位缺口大约20%,停车位的缺口随着中国家庭车辆逐渐增多变得越来越大。我国城市交通拥堵问题主要集中在一线二线城市,但是近些年来,随着经济发展,拥有家庭小车的家庭越来越多,所以停车难,城市静态交通拥堵问题在想三线四线城市不断扩张,停车位缺口很大。
立体停车库的设计是专门针对停车难问题,减少停车水平占地面积,它具有寄存效率高,占地面积少,停车容量大,成本相对较低等优点,在西方国家,立体停车库已经广泛使用,其技术已经趋于成熟,而我们还处于立体停车库发展的初始阶段,所以立体停车库的研究开发有很大的市场价值。立体停车库主要由以下几部分组成:升降、横移系统,安全系统,控制系统。各个部分协同工作以保证立体停车库安全、平稳、高效的运行。

Abstract
With the urban traffic congestion problem and urbanization development becoming more and more contradictory, with the improvement of urban economic level, the rapid pace of urbanization is imperative. The problem of difficult parking has become a static traffic phenomenon in the gradual development, the average ratio of cars and parking spaces in China's big cities at the end of 2014 was about 1.0:0.8, and that of small and medium-sized cities was about 1.0:0.5, while that of developed countries was about 1.0:1.3. Parking is still difficult to spread to the third and fourth tier cities!
The three-dimensional parking garage is designed to increase parking capacity and solve parking space problem. It has the advantages of high storage efficiency, small floor space, large parking capacity, and relatively low cost. In Western countries, three-dimensional parking garages have been widely used. Its technology has matured, and we are still in the initial stage of the development of three-dimensional parking garage, so the research and development of parking garages have great market value. The three-dimensional parking garage mainly consists of the following components: lifting, traverse systems, security systems, and control systems. The various parts work together to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the parking garage.

两层立体车库工作原理图
立体停车库的架体结构主要是由工字钢等热轧型钢构成,满足立体停车库的强度和刚度的要求,拆装方便,而且比较轻巧,便于运输。
2.3两层升降横移立体停车库的特点
1) 安全性能比较好:有安全光栅、安全搁、安全勾、防碰撞板等安全装置,确保司机能够安全的存取汽车。
2) 建设成本比较低:设备主要由各种型钢和电机以及一般的的PLC控制系统组成,使用维护费用低廉,一般用户能够接受。
3) 结构简单易于拆装:两层立体停车库结构不复杂,拆装方便,还可以多次重复利用。
4) 设备可模块化组合:可以根据实际场地的空间大小,相应的改变规模,能够适应不同的地形和空间,有效的节约土地和空间,所以被广泛的应用于医院、生活小区、地下停车场、商场等地下平面停车库的增容。
5) 智能化控制能够满足不同客户的需求:采用可编写程序控制系统PLC,能够编写不同的控制程序,来满足临时和短、中、长期使用户不同的功能需要。
6) 操作简单、存取快捷:存取车时候只需要操作简单的控制端便可以自行存取车辆,方便快捷。
