摘要
随着我国经济实力的不断提升，科学技术的发展日新月异，飞速发展的科技给人们的生活注入了新鲜的血液，也提高了人们对于生活质量的不懈追求。越来越多的人想要的不只是宽敞明亮的住宅，还要自己的家能满足更多的需求。智能化系统的出现，无疑成了许多住宅小区的宠儿。现代住宅中，建筑电气的架设、使用、输出、供给、维护等对住宅小区的建设及业主的满意程度都有着至关重要的作用。智能化的建筑电气控制系统能有效系统地处理这一系列的过程，对现代智慧城市及智能住宅的建设起到了推动作用。本文通过对现代住宅小区智能化建筑电气控制系统历史的追溯及对该系统具体含义的阐述，说明住宅小区中建筑电气与智能化控制系统的设计。

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of China's economic strength and the rapid development of science and technology,the rapid development of science and technology has injected fresh blood into people's lives,and also improved people's unremitting pursuit of the quality of life.What more and more people want is not only capacious and bright residence,want his home to be able to satisfy more demand even.The occurrence of intelligence system,became the beloved of a lot of residential area undoubtedly.In modern housing,the erection,use,output,supply and maintenance of building electrical equipment play a vital role in the construction of small residential areas and the satisfaction of the owners.Intelligent building electrical control system can effectively and systematically deal with this series of processes,which plays a role in promoting the construction of modern smart city and smart house.By tracing the history of the intelligent building electrical control system in the modern residential area and expounding the specific meaning of the system,this paper explains the design of the building electrical and intelligent control system in the residential area.
