摘要
本次毕业设计是关于立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构设计,首先对立体车库作了简单的概述;接着分析了该立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构的方案布局及工作原理,然后根据这些设计准则按照给定参数要求进行选型设计;接着对所选择的立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构各主要零部件进行了校核。立体车库机械系统由驱动机构,机架,托架以及钢丝绳轮传动等几个部分组成。目前,立体车库正朝着长距离,高速度,低摩擦的方向发展,近年来出现的气垫式立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构就是其中的一个。在垂直升降类立体车库的设计、制造以及应用方面,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,国内在设计制造立体停车库过程中存在着很多不足。
本次设计是关于立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构设计,通过对传统的立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构进行了改进和优化,使得此种类型的立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构的使用范围更广泛,更加灵活,并且对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。

abstract
This graduation design is a three-dimensional garage mechanical system in the push and pull mechanism structure design, first of all of the three-dimensional garage made brief overview; then analyzes the three-dimensional garage mechanical system in the push and pull structure layout and working principle, then, in accordance with the design standard is in accordance with the requirements of the given parameters of design and selection; then the choice of three-dimensional garage mechanical system in the push and pull mechanism structure of the main parts of the check. 立体车库机械系统中推拉机构结构的工作原理
驱动装置是整个立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构的核心部分,通过电机带动圆柱直齿齿轮传动从而带动主动钢丝绳轮转动,主动钢丝绳轮带动钢丝绳的升降从而带动立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构的升降,底部托架的运动同样是靠电机驱动齿轮传动来实现,电机的正反转带动底部托架的移动,其中,机架以及支腿起到了支撑和加固立体车库机械系统中推拉机构的结构的作用。
