摘 要
全民健身,利国利民,随着社会的发展人们开始越来越重视自己的身体健康,但在现在的中国由于生活水平层次不齐,所以并不是所以的人都能够消费得起天天到健身房进行健身锻炼的,所以设计一款适合广大人民的需要,同时在普遍情况下能够承受的单人或多人健身的健身机是具有广阔的市场空间的,但现在的市场上的健身器械虽大部分是单人式多功能的组合健身器械,但由于其不和市场的标价从而使得健身器械到现在为止依然不能进入普通人家,为此设计一款价廉,且功能符合需要,实用的健身器械是我设计的主题,其中要注意避免像市场上的单人健身器械的利用率低的问题,同时满足人们的需要,除此之外还要求外型美观,安全耐用,工作平稳,便于维护,制造加工方便,成本较低最为重要。
为此,我专门走访了许多的健身房和一些健身专柜进行实地考察,同时上网收集资料,了解广大健身教练和用户的感受,同时调查他们的需要,总结各方面的要求,设计了该款但人多功能健身机。
本作品具有以下特点:
1:每个作品只能进行单人锻炼。
2:使用方便,使用方便能够满足用户顺利操作和锻炼调节。
3:安全性好,工作平稳,安全系数值取稍大。
4: 锻炼功能组合合理,符合大众健身的需要。
5: 制造加工方便,性价比高。
6: 结构紧凑,拼装设计,便于包装,运输。

All-people body-building, is beneficial to the country, beneficial to the people, develops the people along with the society to start to take own health more and more, but in present's China, because the living standard level is uneven, therefore is not therefore the human can expend result in arrive at the gymnasium to carry on the fitness exercise daily, therefore designs one section to suit the general populace's needThe belt massager which in the universal practice meanwhile can withstand the single who or the multi-people fitness has the broad market space, although but in present's market's fitness instrument majority is the single type multi-purpose combination fitness instrument, but because its disagreement market marked price, thus enables the fitness instrument until now still to enter ordinary others, for this reason designs section of moderately-priced, and the function meets the need, the practical fitness instrument is I Design subject, must pay attention avoids likely in the market single fitness instrument's use factor low question, simultaneously meets people's needs, in addition also requests the outlook to be artistic, safe durable, the work is steady, is advantageous for the maintenance, the manufacture processing is convenient, the cost is low importantly.
Therefore, I have visited many gymnasia and some fitness special counter specially carry in-the-spot investigation, simultaneously accesses the net the collection material, understood that the general fitness training and user's feeling, simultaneously investigates their need, summarizes various aspects request, has designed this section, but person multi-purpose belt massagers. this work has following characteristic:

设计要求
根据健身器械的要求,作品应满足一下要求:
1) 只能提供单人锻炼,但为多功能器械。
2) 安全可靠,工作平稳,无噪声。
3) 锻炼量可调节,每级五kg,操作方便。
4) 设计合理,解决目前市场上健身机械的设计不足 ,并便于生产制造。
5) 外型美观,采用拼装结构,便于包装运输。
6) 选材合理,经济性能好,造价控制在2000元范围内。

虽然单人多功能健身机由上面这几部分组成,但在具体装配过程中依然可能会有些许的变动,因为它涉及得到零件的配合关系,以及当地的地理环境。
同时结合市场以及健身房里的健身器械,虽大部分都属于单人多功能型的,但由于某些体育公司为了谋求利益使得器械的强度达不到应有的强度要求,由此一旦器械坏了,将造成器械维修麻烦和器械的使用寿命不高等。所以在我的设计中非常注意材料的选择,只有注意了这方面才能有效地提高器械的性价比。

设计一台新健身器械并投放市场并没有看到的那么简单,他需要你提前做好市场调查,了解健身爱好者的需要,然后根据需要,提出健身机的设计要求,然后到提出设计方案,画草图,做出预览,然后修改,选材,加工,验证。由此可见,设计一台健身器械并不是一朝一夕能够完成的事情,除此之外,设计一台健身器械讲究的是人们接受它,同时它上面的互换性要好。
