摘    要
在塑料工业中,注塑模是一种应用广泛,实用性强的塑料成形技术。本文作者主要研究了旅行餐碗的注塑模的设计。本文结合大量资料研究了塑料的成形工艺,模具的制造。对制品进行了工艺分析、收缩率的计算等。根据制品的重量等因素确定了注塑机的型号。在模具结构设计时,结合现有的资料,对模具结构进行了综合考虑。对模具的各模板及各零部件进行了设计与计算。在本文中使用了三板式单型腔模具,对模具的各部分零件进行了设计与计算,以及对水道的设计与安放位置等。对于脱浇口本文提出了一种方案,既应用钢球与弹簧,并对模具的保养与维护提出了几点要求。本文在结合了大量的资料进行分析与研究的基础上,对本设计提出了多种设计方案,并对它们进行了分析与比较,确定了最佳的方案。在设计时,结合大量的数据,并通过计算,确定各重要的尺寸。使设计方案得到进一步的完善。

Abstract
Among plastics industry, the note moulding to be one extensive application, practibility strong plastics take shape technology. Author of this text main research travel meal design that note moulded of bowl. This text combines the craft of taking shape of studying plastics of a large amount of materials, the manufacture of the mould . Have carried on calculation of craft analysing, shrinking rate,etc. to the products. Factor confirmed the type of the moulding plastics machine according to weight of products,etc.. In the structure design of mould , combine the existing materials, has considered the structure of the mould synthetically. Every template and all spare part in mould designed and calculates. In use three modes in Chinese operatic music form s of mould in the article originally, all part of part in mould designed and calculates, And the design and laying position,etc. of the water course . For take off runner this text get a kind of scheme out of, already used steel ball and spring, And the maintenance and maintaining some requests of proposition to the mould . This text is on the basis of analysedding and study after combining a large amount of materials, To originally designed and put forward many kinds of plans of designing, and analyse and compare them, Have confirmed the best scheme. In the design, combine a large amount of data, and pass and calculate, Confirm the each important size. Make the plan of design get further perfection.
