计算机等级考试报名编排系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着在校大学生人数的不断增加，教务管理系统的数据量也不断的增加。等级考试报名的管理工作也变的越来越烦琐繁杂，针对学生等级考试报名这一环节，做了一个等级考试报名编排系统，此系统基本实现了普通考生的自主报名，管理员对考生信息的录入，考场的编排布置等功能。本程序前台采用Visual basic进行页面制作及功能的实现，后台由Access数据库支持，通过使用vb语言实现了与数据库的完美结合。本文中除了有对程序的总体设计、详细设计、功能实现等主体部分外，在这之前还介绍了与等级考试报名编排系统相关的信息、vb 高级编程及其项目应用开发，Access数据库设计。计算机等级考试报名编排系统采用了B/S模式，并且利用VB设计思想来进行编制的,这样可以使管理员充分了解各方面信息，可以方便管理员对考生报名的直接编排，该报名编排系统实现自动审核、考试课程以及考试人员数量的统计、考生信息管理和查询等功能。管理员方便对系统的各种信息进行维护和管理，提高了等级考试报名的管理效能，真正实现了计算机等级考试报名方式的灵活性与方便性。系统具有较高的效率和可靠性。
等级考试的考生人员越来越多，就意味着需要一个报名编排系统可方便管理及查询等。随着网络的发展，等级考试报名编排的发展就会越来越发达和完善。等级考试报名编排系统主要实现对考生信息的编排，查询，添加，修改等。

Along with increase continuously in university student's number of school,   education  administration management the data of the system measures continuous increment also .The management work that the grade examination registers also changes of more and more trivial and complicated, register this link to student's grade examination, did a grade examination to register to arrange in order system, this system was basic to carry out a common examinee of the independence register, the managing person records examinee's information to go into, testing a field to arrange in order to set out etc. function. This procedure Visual basic of the stage adoption carries on page creation and the realization of function, the backstage is supported by the Access database, passing usage vb language to carry out with database of perfect  combine .In this text in addition to to procedure of total design, detailed design, the function carry out etc. the corpus part still introduced to register with grade examination to arrange in order the plait distance and its item of the system related information, VB high class application development outside and before this, Access database design.      作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对学生考生报名编排进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点.例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高考生报名编排管理的效率,也是教育的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。
