摘要
在市场经济发展的浪潮中,企业的竞争逐渐演变为人才的竞争,企业对人才也越来越重视,人才对于企业未来的发展是极为重要的,而招聘环节可以为企业提供大量的实用人才,招聘人员的能力直接影响到企业未来的发展,这也是企业能否在市场中占据优势,发挥核心竞争力的关键,但是企业在人才招聘的过程中可能会遇到一些风险与挑战,这就极大的影响了企业未来的走向,如果无法把风险处理好就会造成巨大的损失,本文通过企业招聘风险的分析与探讨,对企业招聘过程中的风险进行了研究,给出了相应的对策,为企业在竞争中获得优势提供了相应的建议。
通过对于企业招聘中存在风险进行研究,对于招聘中产生风险的原因进行了探讨,为企业规避风险提出了相应的措施与办法,为其他企业在进行人才招聘时避免风险提供了借鉴。本文通过对于YAWT企业招聘的情况进行分析和探讨,对于该企业在人才招聘、招聘渠道等方面的风险进行了相应的评估,归纳得到招聘人员素质、岗位信息、信息不对称、竞争环境等原因,可能会造成企业在招聘中存在风险,利用过程失效模式和后果分析(PFMEA)法和专家评分法,对于这些风险因素进行了分析和探讨,利用风险管理控制专门化、建立招聘管理体制、科学分析岗位、增加招聘信息透明度、增强外部约束、建立人才储备库等等方式来综合降低企业招聘风险。
本文通过对于YAWT企业招聘风险的研究,对于其招聘过程中风险的原因与对策进行了探讨,尽量的减少了风险,降低了风险的危害,从而能够使该企业的招聘风险降低,人员质量提升,让企业的核心竞争力增强,从而能够对文化旅游企业招聘风险的理论进行完善。

Abstract
In the rapid development of economy in our country, the competition of enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of talents. Enterprises also pay more and more attention to the talents. The recruitment can provide lots of practical talents for the enterprises. Talent is very important to the future development of the enterprise, The ability of recruiters directly affects the future development of the enterprise, which is the key to whether the enterprise can occupy an advantage in the market and exert its core competitiveness. However, enterprises may encounter some risks and challenges in the process of talent recruitment. Greatly affecting the future direction of the enterprise, if the risk can not be handled properly, it will cause tremendous losses. This paper analyzes and discusses the risk of recruitment of enterprises, and studies the risks in the process of recruitment, and gives the corresponding Countermeasures, provide the appropriate advice for enterprises to gain the advantage in the competition.
Through the research on the risks existing in the recruitment of enterprises, the causes of the risks in the recruitment are discussed, and the corresponding measures and measures are put forward for the enterprises to avoid the risks and provide reference for other enterprises to avoid the risks in the recruitment of talents.
