Abstract
In recent years, with the development and progress of the market economy era, chain supermarkets have become a mainstream of retail industry, and the domestic chain supermarkets have entered a period of rapid development. The optimization of logistics distribution solution is an important time node for chain supermarkets to save costs and enhance competitiveness. Especially in the context of the rapid development of China's market economy, the optimization of logistics distribution process has become an important means and way to improve the competitiveness of chain supermarkets in China. The optimization of logistics distribution scheme has received unprecedented attention. The work efficiency and cost of logistics distribution will produce great competitiveness for chain supermarkets. Therefore, it is of great significance to optimize the workflow design of a chain supermarket logistics distribution scheme. This paper takes Qingbai chain supermarket as a main research object, analyzes some problems that may exist in the logistics distribution solutions provided by Qingbai chain supermarket, finds out their shortcomings and deficiencies in the logistics distribution system, and optimizes the related process design methods by using the traditional process reengineering theory, For the Qingbai chain supermarket, it provides some reference for some related problems that may exist in the logistics distribution scheme.
