摘  要
近年来,随着电子信息技术的不断革新、互联网的日益发展、大数据的普遍运用、经济全球化的深入以及消费者对海外产品需求的不断膨胀,跨境电商不仅逐渐成为我国对外贸易的主要贸易方式,还是中国中小企业开拓海外市场、提升品牌形象和加强企业核心竞争力的重要途径。
这种新兴的外贸模式在我国才刚开始,就已经受到国家的高度重视和政府的大力支持,
在世界电商急速发展的背景下,我国电子商务贸易总额在进出口贸易中所占的比重将会越来越大,跨境电商势必顺势发展,未来必将成为我国对外贸易的主力军。
虽然电商的发展如日中天,但是新事物的到来总会伴随着各种各样的问题的出现。为了保障电子商务这个新兴产业能够稳定且迅猛发展,对新问题的发现及处理必须相当及时。本文通过分析对比国内外电子商务的发展情况,逐步挖掘出现阶段我国跨境电商发展的问题,并提出适合我国国情的、有利于中小企业发展跨境电子商务的对策,从而促进中国跨境电子商务行业的发展。

Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous reform of electronic information technology, the growing developed of the Internet, the widely used of the big data, deep-going of economic globalization and the constant expansion of customers requirements to overseas products, cross-border business is not only gradually becoming an important trading mode in China’s foreign trade, but also an important way for China’s small and medium-size enterprises to expand overseas market, enhance the brand's international image and enhance the core competitiveness to Chinese enterprises.
This new way of international trade in our country has just started, but has attracted the attention and support from the government and enterprises, under the trend of rapid development in the global e-business, the scale of China's cross-border business trading will constantly rapid develop, the proportion of e-commerce in China’s import and export will become bigger and bigger, cross-border e-commerce surely will become the development trend of China's foreign trade.
Although the e-commerce is in the ascendant, the emergence of new things will always accompanied by a variety of problems. In order to ensure e-commerce, the emerging  industry can have a stable and rapid development, the discovery and the treatment to new problems must be timely. Through analysis comparison of domestic and foreign electronic commerce development, gradually digging China's development of electronic business at the present stage, and put forward strategies that are suitable for national conditions of our country and are propitious to the development of small and medium sized enterprises developing e-commerce, so as to promote the development of China's e-commerce industry.
