摘要
近些年来，随着跨境电商的高速发展，跨境电商的销售量逐年增加，仓储物流成本管理的问题也越来越突出，很多跨境电商企业对于高昂仓储物流成本叫苦不迭，仓储物流发展水平的滞后严重阻碍了跨境电商的发展。虽然国内对于制造业的仓储物流成本管理研究已经非常深入，但是对于跨境电商出口方的仓储物流成本管理相关研究并不深入，同时也没有具体的解决策略。
论文主要针对跨境电子商务的特色，基于价值链的理论，阐述了仓储物流的含义以及基本的管理方法，通过收集相关数据以及资料，分析了我国出口方跨境电商仓储物流的几种模式以及成本的构成和现在我国出口方跨境电商仓储物流管理的现状，并借鉴了兰亭集势仓储物流成本管理的方法，探究仓储物流成本在实际中如何管理，并针对我国跨境电商仓储物流管理的现状提出了相关建议。
研究表明跨境电商的仓储物流成本管理仍处于发展的初级阶段，对于跨境电商仓储物流成本管理更需要先进的仓储物流的管理理念，加强仓储物流的局部环节的成本控制，利用现代化的信息和自动化技术，培养专业化的高素质人才，制定合理的政策来降低成本。
本文特色：基于跨境电商的角度，分析了跨境电商仓储物流各个环节仓储物流成本，对跨境电商企业解决降低跨境电商仓储物流成本管理有一定的建议。

Abstract
In recent years ,with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce，the sales of cross-border e-commerce has been increased year by year ,but the issues of warehousing and logistics cost that are confusing many cross-border e-commerce enterprises are becoming prominent increasingly .Besides, the legged-behind warehousing and logistics level has hampered the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. Although the warehousing and logistics cost management of manufacturing industry has been very in-depth in our country, the related research for warehousing and logistics is not in-depth for cross-border e-commerce enterprises. At the same time ,there is no specific solution.
This paper focuses on the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce ,and expounds the meaning and the basic management method of warehousing and logistics based on the theory of value chain .Analyzing the pattern of cross-border e-commerce and its cost structure and the status of the managementof the cost of warehousing and logistics through the collection of relevant data and information.Besides ,Drawing lessons from the method of warehousing and logistics of Light In The Box to explore how the cost of warehousing and logistics management in the actual . In the end, Putting forward the relevant suggestions of Chinese cross-border e-commerce.
Research shows that the cost management of warehousing and logistics of cross-border e-commerce is still in the primary stage of development . In order to manage the cost of warehousing and logistics, the enterprises need more advanced concept of warehousing and logistics management, to enhance and control the cost of the partial link of warehousing and logistics, to use the advanced information and automation technology, to nurture professional and high-quality personnel, and to make reasonable policies to reduce cost.
Paper characteristics: Analyzing the cost of warehousing and logistics of cross-border e-commerce and making the suggestion for reducing the cost of warehousing and logistics of cross-border e-commerce by basing on the perspectives of ross-border e-commerce enterprises.
