摘 要
21世纪互联网时代的发展,淘宝、天猫、京东这些网上零售商的销售模式以及中国这个庞大的市场带动了网上销售的增长,推动了我国快递行业的发展,之前我国只有国企EMS,如今民营企业露出头角,顺丰、申通、圆通、中通、宅急送、韵达等大中型突出型企业,不断向前发展,并且让“三通一达”进行了更好的合作。同样,我国快递行业的迅速布局也在一定范围上反过来为网上销售提供了更好的服务。
随着电子商务的兴起,国内原有的快递行业也发生了变化。立法的完善促进了行业的规范,网购平台的增多,随之带动起了快递行业的发展,市场竞争更加激烈,呈现出一种紧张的态势,在此情境下,以顺丰为代表的快递公司率先进入电商市场,其发展模式也因此发生了巨大的变化,本文从电商环境下顺丰公司的现状出发,采用问卷调查的方式进行统计分析,从而引出对发展模式的思考,分析对比同行业之间的发展模式,对其发展模式特点带来的利弊进行具体分析,提出改进意见,最后提出对顺丰公司未来的展望。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the Internet age in the 21st century, the sales models of online retailers such as Taobao, Tmall and Jingdong, and the huge market in China have driven the growth of online sales and promoted the development of China's express delivery industry. Before the only state-owned enterprise EMS in China, private enterprises are now In the corners, large and medium-sized prominent enterprises such as Shunfeng, Shentong, Yuantong, Zhongtong, ZJJ, and Yunda have continued to develop and have been able to achieve better cooperation in the “three links and one reaches”. Similarly, the rapid distribution of China's express delivery industry also provides a better service for online sales in a certain range.
With the rise of e-commerce, the domestic original courier industry has also changed. The improvement of legislation has promoted the industry's standards, and the number of online shopping platforms has increased. This has led to the development of the express delivery industry. Market competition has become fiercer, presenting a tense trend. In this context, the express companies represented by Shunfeng have taken the lead. Entering the e-commerce market, its development model has also undergone tremendous changes. This article starts from the current situation of the e-commerce environment under the SF company and uses a questionnaire survey to conduct statistical analysis, which leads to thinking about the development model and analyzes and contrasts the same industry. The mode of development between the two, the concrete analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the characteristics of its development model, put forward suggestions for improvement, and finally put forward the prospects for the company's future.
