摘要
城市是人们进行生产、生活以及各种服务活动的场所，在城市规划管理中，城市设施是城市系统的重要组成部分。为了创造更加安全、高效、舒适的城市环境，多年以来，人们一直进行着人的意识与行为的调查和模型化研究。国外对于人的意识与行为模型化方面的研究开展较早，也取得了大量的研究成果。国内学者虽然起步比较晚，但近年来也做了许多相关的研究。本文针对国内相关研究的空白点和薄弱点，在大量查阅相关文献和研究成果的基础上，从城市设施的使用方面展开研究。
本文首先通过对人的意识的调查，获得研究需要的基本参数，在获得参数的基础上，建立人的意识模型。
其次是对人的行为方面的研究，结合调查所得的数据对公式进行参数的标定，克服通常意义下单个行人特征模型在城市设施适用性上的不足，建立适用性更加广泛的人的行为模型。
最后，分析了模型在商圈设施规划管理中的应用。结论表明，建立人的意识与行为模型能够提高城市设施的使用效率，以及更加有效的为城市设施规划和管理提供参考和指引。

People’s consciousness and behavior model and its application
ABSTRACT
City is a place for people’s life and production as well as a variety of service activities. In urban planning management, urban infrastructure is an important part of urban system. In order to create a more efficient and comfortable city environment, over years, people have been carrying on the investigation and the model of human consciousness and behavior research. Human consciousness and behavior modeling studies war carried out earlier abroad and has got a lot of research results. Although scholars in China researched this program lately, they also have stepped forward in recent years. This article is anglicizing the weakness from the use of facilities of the city in domestic related research, on the basis of a large number of related literatures and research results.
Through the investigation of the consciousness of the people, this paper studies the necessary basic parameters. Then on the basis of the gain parameter ,this paper will establish the model of human consciousness.
Secondly, followed by the study of human behavior, this paper overcomes the general single pedestrian feature model on the applicability of facilities of the city. Combined with the investigation data in formula for parameter calibration, it establishes the over-spread human behavior model.
Finally, the paper analyzes the model application in business district facilities planning management. Results indicate that, the establishment of people’s consciousness and behavior model can improve the utilization efficiency of urban infrastructure, and provide reference and guidance for urban infrastructure planning and management more effectively.
