摘要
武汉市处于轨道交通建设快速发展时期。在武汉地铁提高票价之际，本文通过回顾武汉市的轨道交通发展历程，分析轨道交通规划在武汉市整体规划中的作用和意义，结合国内一线二线城市的地铁建设运营情况，借鉴国内外城市轨道交通发展经验，对武汉市轨道交通的发展提出建议。本文提出对网络化程度进行量化，结合城市轨道覆盖程度对武汉市地铁单位里程运营成本进行分析，证实网络化运营有利于降低轨道交通运营成本，借此对运营轨道交通提出建议。本文主张增加城市建成区线网密度；结合新城区发展规划建设新城区轨道交通基础设施；加强线路沿线土地开发，提高运营收益；使政府的投资有更大收益，实现轨道交通建设的可持续发展，最终达到惠民的目的。

Abstrat
Wuhan city is in the period of rapid development of rail transit construction. These days Wuhan Metro raises fares, this paper reviews the development of rail transit in Wuhan, analyzes the coordination of rail transit planning and Wuhan city planning, combined with the operation of domestic cities’ subway construction, drawing on the experience of urban rail transit development at home and abroad, Some suggestions are put forward for the development of rail transit in Wuhan. This paper puts forward the quantification of the degree of network, combined with the degree of urban track coverage to analyze the operating cost of Wuhan Metro unit mileage, and confirms that networked operation is conducive to reducing the operating cost of rail transit, so as to put forward suggestions for the operation of rail transit. This paper advocates increasing the density of urban built-up Area line network, combining with the development planning of new urban district to build the rail transit infrastructure of new urbandistrict, strengthening the land development along the line to improve the operation income, finally achieving the goal of benefiting people, reducing the government investment, and realizing the sustainable development of rail transit construction.
