电子商务自互联网诞生后,逐步进入人们的视野,历经十余年的发展,大幅削弱了传统销售行业的市场份额。最近几年,各大电子商务平台“双十一”购物节不断刷新销售额记录,有力的影响着各行业的发展进程,撼动着传统行业的市场地位。
本文研究根据现如今中国母婴市场环境的发展趋势,对贝贝网母婴平台自身的定位进行分析,总结出贝贝网母婴电商平台所具有的优势以及劣势,面临的机会和威胁。并提出贝贝网公司进一步提高市场份额,增强市场竞争力的策略。

ABSTRACT
