商业建筑的发展已有20多年的历史,仅在建筑学的角度来看,1980年代和1990年代的许多项目就显得过时了,缺乏新思想。在体验式消费模式下,每个人都在追求一种经验,新的项目正在陆续出现。传统的购物中心模式将不可避免地走下坡路。可以说,大规模的装修是对不愿被淘汰的旧购物中心的积极反应。近年来,购物中心发展迅速,购物中心之间的竞争加剧了。特别是随着新零售和在线购物的迅速发展,竞争变得越来越激烈。消费者对购物中心的服务质量提出了更高的要求。优化商场内部布局,提高企业竞争力。购物中心的内部布局非常重要。科学,合理,独特的店铺布局不仅影响购物中心的营业额和毛利,而且影响购物中心的品牌形象和长期发展。传统的设施布局概念远远不能满足客户的需求,不能有效降低购物中心的运营成本。运营商的思维方式需要迅速改变。为了适应市场的快速发展,应该考虑从卖方市场向买方市场转变,并根据顾客的需求和便利性优化商场内部布局,才能更好地提高商场的经济效益,才能使企业保持持续稳定的发展。

Abstract
    The development of commercial architecture has been going on for more than 20 years, and from an architectural perspective alone, many of the projects of the 1980s and 1990s seem outdated and lacking in new ideas. In the experiential consumption model, everyone is pursuing an experience, and new items are emerging. The traditional mall model will inevitably go downhill. It can be said that the large-scale renovation is a positive response to the old shopping center that does not want to be eliminated. In recent years, shopping centers have developed rapidly, and the competition among shopping centers has intensified. Especially with the rapid growth of new retail and online shopping, competition is becoming more intense. Consumers put forward higher requirements on the service quality of shopping centers. Optimize the internal layout of shopping malls and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The interior layout of the shopping center is very important. Scientific, reasonable and unique store layout not only affects the turnover and gross profit of shopping malls, but also affects the brand image and long-term development of shopping malls. The traditional facility layout concept is far from meeting the needs of customers and can't effectively reduce the operation cost of shopping centers. The way operators think needs to change quickly. In order to adapt to the rapid development of the market, we should consider the transformation from the seller's market to the buyer's market, and optimize the internal layout of the market according to the needs of customers and convenience, in order to better improve the economic benefits of the market, in order to make the enterprise to maintain sustainable and stable development.
