摘要
随着对外经济活动的深化,涉外企业内部的新闻稿件成为翻译实务中常见的业务类型。其题材类型往往较为分散,以中小篇幅居多,翻译质量好坏直接影响到企业内部规章制度的理解和执行、团队氛围和企业形象的构建等方面。本文以ITE会展公司在2017年6月到11月阶段的内部新闻稿及相关文件的英译汉实践为案例,主要涉及公司活动和比赛的开展、项目推进、人物访谈、政策颁布等内容。一方面,为了起到较好的宣传效果;公司新闻稿一般用词用句简单清晰。另一方面,公司新闻稿往往和其所属的行业息息相关,内容往往较为专业,通常会包含一些行业术语;因此,翻译公司新闻稿,我们既要做到语言的流畅,还要确保内容的准确、专业。本文首先简介翻译项目背景,简述相关研究现状、研究意义和研究方法。接着通过翻译、校对、修改及审核的过程对翻译案例进行了详细分析,结合案例中的典型例句,从标题、导语和主体等方面分析了公司新闻稿中的词句特点,并着重阐述了翻译过程中遇到的难点及具体的解决方案。

Abstract
With the arising and fast permeation of the Internet, company press release, by virtue of its promptness, accuracy and higher cost effectiveness, has become a new way for enterprises to transfer information. Company press releases, usually including the launch of new products or services, the announcement of company’s business performance and strategy, technical R&D and innovation, relevant awards and certification, and the holding of promotion activities, have their unique characteristics. Apart from the use of simple and clear words and sentences, company press releases usually give priority to the benefits of the company and the readers and reflect features of content marketing. Hence while translating company press releases, besides being faithful to the source test, we need to properly adjust the translation methods to realize the publicity purposes.
This article is based on translating practice of the internal press releases and relevant documents which were in the exhibiting industry and published from June to Nov.2017 by the ITE group. This article briefly introduces the background of the translation project and summarized the relevant research situation, research meaning and methods. After that, it makes an detailed analysis of the translating cases, from the perspective of translating, proofreading, modifying to final checking, analyses the lexical and syntactic features from the perspective of titles, leads and subjects and emphatically describes the difficulties and detailed solutions during the translating process.
This report is aimed to provide enlightenment to translators of company press releases and to help improve their translating quality.
