本文通过对企业目标、城市空间、物业类型、开发规模四个不同层次、不同维度的投资考虑因素下,对二线城市的投资模式进行了归纳总结。在实际操作中,应结合这四维因素对企业进入二线城市投资在选地、物业投资组合、市场进入策略、市场竞争策略以及开发策略方面进行综合性的评估和考虑,充分实现企业进行跨区域房地产投资的多种战略目标。

ABSTRACT
