摘  要
心脑血管疾病是全身性血管病变，被称为“现代文明病”，它不单是损害了广大人民群众的身体健康，并且对于整个国家的发展来讲也造成了比较大的影响，所以，对于心脑血管疾病的发病原因，以及运动康复的机理实施更进一步的分析和研究就是非常重要的事情。在中国，由于心脑血管疾病导致死亡的人数大概是每年260万，约占总死亡比例的45%。了解心脑血管的发病病因，通过采取避免外源性刺激因素、合理膳食、持续规律的有氧运动、戒烟戒酒、保持良好情绪、定时体检等几个方面对心脑血管的疾病进行共同预防。一旦发病应及时治疗，可以有效减少或降低心脑血管疾病不良事件的发生，提高生命质量。本文主要分析心脑血管疾病的病因及预防来进行探究，具有一定参考意义和价值。

Abstract

Disease of heart head blood-vessel is systemic vascular lesions, known as the "modern civilization disease", it not only cause harm to the health of individuals, and damage to the development of the country, therefore, further study of disease of heart head blood-vessel, to explore the cause of it and physical recovery mechanism has important practical significance. The death toll in China each year from disease of heart head blood-vessel of about 2.6 million, accounts for about 45% of the proportion of the total death. Understanding heart cerebrovascular disease etiology, by adopting avoiding continuous exogenous stimulus, reasonable diet, regular aerobic exercise, quit smoking and drinking, maintain good mood, regular physical examination and so on several aspects to prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Once the disease should be timely treatment, can effectively reduce or reduce the happening of the disease of heart head blood-vessel of adverse events, improve the quality of life. This article mainly analyzes the cause of disease of heart head blood-vessel and prevention to explore, have certain reference significance and value.
