近年来面对国内外日益激烈的同行业竞争,我国金融业将面临严重的挑战和更加激烈的竞争,商业银行产品金融创新模仿现象时有发生,迫切需要银行提高创新产品的定价能力来规避。因此,建立高效完善的金融产品创新定价体系,充分运用价格策略谋取市场竞争的优势,实现经营管理目标, 成为我国商业银行金融产品创新发展中的热点问题,具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文首先介绍了我国当前商业银行金融产品创新定价机制,阐述了金融产品创新的定价现状, 以理论与实际相结合方式,通过国内外正反两个金融产品定价的实证分析论证了我国目前金融产品创新定价机制的不足之处,提出促进金融产品创新定价机制的参考建议。

ABSTRACT
In the face of increased competition in the industry at home and abroad in recent years, China's financial industry will face serious challenges and more fierce competition, commercial bank financial innovation product imitation is often happened, urgent need for Banks to increase pricing power to circumvent the innovative products. , therefore, to establish effective pricing system perfect financial products innovation, fully use the pricing strategy for market competition advantage, realize the management goal, become a hot issue in the development of our country commercial bank financial product innovation, has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper first introduces the current commercial bank financial products innovation pricing mechanism in our country, expounds the pricing of financial products innovation present situation, by way of integrating theory with practice, through an empirical analysis of the positive and negative two financial products pricing at home and abroad demonstrates the financial product innovation in our country at present pricing mechanism, the disadvantages of reference Suggestions to promote the financial innovation product pricing mechanism is put forward.
