内容提要
21世纪以来，计算机和互联网逐渐走入寻常百姓的家中，在计算机的推动带领下，中国的网络经济慢慢发展开来，而且网络经济与人们的日常生活有着密不可分的联系，是市场经济重要的组成部分。然而，网络经济在发展的过程中存在各种各样的不正当竞争行为，导致网络经济的市场混乱，究其原因主要与网络虚拟性的特点有关，因为网络形式的不可触性，导致很多违反传统竞争行为的现象发生，而这些不正当的竞争行为给网络经济市场的治理和监管带来了巨大的困难，成为抑制网络经济发展的主要因素。针对这种情况，需要建立健全、和谐的网络环境，对不正当行为进行约束，为网络经济的发展创造一个有秩序的氛围。所以，通过学习这学期本学位的网络经济学课程和两年法学的知识，我对网络经济中的不正当竞争行为提出了一些改善建议。

Abstract
      Since twenty-first Century, the computer and the Internet has gradually entered the home of ordinary people, in the promotion of computer, China's network economy has gradually developed, and the network economy and people's daily life has been closely linked, is an important component of the market economy. However, the network economy in the process of the development of a variety of unfair competition, leading to the network economy, the market chaos, the reason is mainly related to the characteristics of the network, because the network form of non contact, leading to a lot of violations of the traditional competitive behavior, and these unfair competition to the network economy market governance and supervision has brought great difficulties, become the main factor to inhibit the development of network economy. In view of this situation, the need to establish a sound and harmonious network environment, the improper behavior of constraints, for the development of network economy to create an atmosphere of order. So, by studying the degree of network economics courses this semester, and the knowledge of the law, two years I puts forward some improvement suggestions to ACTS of unfair competition in network economy.
