【摘要】随着葡萄酒进入人类文明并与之相融合,形成了独特的葡萄酒文化并得以广泛传播。酒作为文化的一种载体,与文化一样,由于历史背景、生活环境、宗教信仰、风俗习惯和思维模式等的不同,在中西方呈现出其风格迥异、异彩纷呈的民族特性。本文以19世纪初人类学始祖Frans Boas提出的“文化相对论”为理论基础,即在这个世界上存在着各种各样的文化,人们不应该拿某种规则或者原则作为普遍的标准对所有的文化下结论,因为一种价值观点是由一种价值体系决定的,不存在超越文化的价值观。本文着重用文化相对论的理论来分析中西葡萄酒文化的差异,并就中西方葡萄酒的发展历史,人们对待葡萄酒的态度,葡萄酒餐桌礼仪,酒器方面,葡萄酒的消费心理进行具体的对比分析和论证。本文分析了产生中西葡萄酒文化差异的主要因素,即不同的农业基础,不同的哲学观、不同的世界观,揭示了导致中西葡萄酒文化差异的深层原因,从而阐明随着跨文化交际的不断发展,中西葡萄酒的交流、互补和兼容的因素也会日益增加。

 Comparative Research of Wine Cultures from Perspective of Cross-Cultural Communication
Abstract:  along with the grape wine entered  the human civilization and  integrated with it, the unique wine culture began to form and spread. universally.. As a carrier of culture, grape     wine, in culture of Chinese and  Western  has shown a different style, colorful ethnic characteristics due to the different historical background, living environment, religious beliefs, customs and thinking mode. This article is based on the theory of "cultural relativism" proposed by anthropology Frans Boas  at the beginning of the nineteenth century . This theory holds that in this world there are all kinds of culture, people should not take some rules or principles as a universal standard for all cultures, because a kind of value is determined by a value system, there is no value beyond culture. This paper mainly use the cultural relativism to analyze the differences between Chinese and Western wine culture, the history of the development of China and west wine, the attitude of people towards wine, wine dinner table etiquette,  wine consumer psychology, specific comparative analysis and argument. The paper analyzed the main factors resulting in the differences between Chinese and Western wine culture, namely different agriculture as the foundation, different philosophical view, different view of the world,. The paper  revealed the underlying causes of the differences between Chinese and Western wine culture, and concluded that with the development of intercultural communication, the trend of  grape wine culture exchange, complementary and compatible will  further strengthen
