城乡收入差距扩大-基于公共财政视角分析(8900字)
摘要:进入新世纪以来中国经济社会发展进入了快速发展的阶段，城乡居民收入保持持续增加的态势。但是，城乡居民收入分配不平等的改善仍然较为缓慢，城乡居民收入存在差距并具有扩大趋势是不争的事实，具体表现在收入差距的变大和基尼系数的不断提高。本文将从公共财政视角分析城乡收入差距扩大的原因及其影响，从而提出缩小城乡收入差距财政政策建议。

Income gap between urban and rural: based on the perspective of public finance
Abstract: Since entering new century China's economic and social development into a rapid development stage, the income of urban and rural residents keep increasing trend. However, the income of urban and rural residents inequality improvement still relatively slowly, and there is a gap between urban and rural residents income has enlarging trend is the undisputable fact, embodied in the income gap is large and gini coefficient rising. This paper, starting from the perspective of public finance in urban and rural income gap causes and effects, and then puts forward narrowing the income gap fiscal policy Suggestions.
