论新形势下中储粮的重新定位(12600字)
摘  要：粮食安全始终是关系我国国民经济发展、社会稳定和国家自立的全局性重大战略问题。面对近几年粮食价格飞速上涨以及外国垄断粮商意图蚕食我国粮食产业的危机局面，2010年10月中储粮被全面暂停除与储备吞吐直接相关业务以外的其它一切购销经营活动，从而回归到其主业——政策性粮食收储，以保障我国粮食安全。本文对中储粮在新的政策形势下，如何定位，如何履行其政策职责，如何维护粮食市场稳定给出了详细的分析。
 关键词：中储粮；经营业务叫停；粮食安全；企业定位；

Under the New Situation of China Grain Reserves Corporation Positioning
Abstract：Food safety is always related the national economic development .social stability and national independent global important strategic issue. Facing rising food prices in recent years and foreign monopoly in China's grain industry fretting food dealer intention of crisis situation. China grain reserves corporation is totally suspended unless directly related to business outside the throughput every other marketing business activities In October 2010. Thus returns to its business --Policy grain storage,In order to ensure the food security . This paper in the new policy of storage situation How to position How to fulfill its policy responsibilities and How to maintain the grain market gives detailed analysis.
