摘  要：2009年，全球金融危机的影响将继续蔓延，国际经济环境复杂、多变，充满了不确定性，全球信贷紧缩、消费者信心不足，严重打击了实体经济，对世界经济产生较大的影响，国内企业不论是在国际市场还是在国内市场，在融资、投资、贸易等方面都面临着全球范围的市场竞争，同时也面临着更大的市场风险:既有来自产品市场、要素市场的价格风险，也有来自金融市场的股价、汇率、利率变动的风险。为了转移和分散风险，企业必须努力寻求各种途径对自身所面临的风险进行管理。因此，国内企业有必要运用金融工程技术规避风险(包括转移和化解风险)。

Analysis of China Metal Firms’s influence under Sub-Prime Crisis
Abstract: The global financial crisis spread sequentially in the 2009.The global economy and real economy is going to be cracked down by the diversification of universal economy, credit squeeze and discouraged consumers. Domestic firm has many market competitions in the global field of investment, trade and more large market risks which include manufacture’s market, the price’s risk of element’s market and the risk of financial market’s changes in the share price, exchange rate and interest rate. In order to transmit and disperse the risks, firms have to seeking for sorts of ways to supervise many risks by themselves. So it is necessary for the domestic firm to wield finance engineering escapism risk.(includes the risk of transmit and dissolve)。
